Company Profile Founded in 1982, Cantor & Company is one of the pioneers of QM/RM/UM software, and has grown steadily by providing high quality innovative software systems and consulting services to the health care industry. The company has customers in across the USA, Canada and overseas. Its president, Alan B. Cantor, has presented seminars in the USA on Health Care Privacy and systems issues. He also presented seminars on How To Use Computers in risk management (including the basics of trending and risk analysis) all across the USA and in Europe. His biography can be found in Who's Who in America. Our products provide greater flexibility than any other competing systems. At the same time, they make available a wider range of canned application modules than any competing systems. We are the only company in this niche who has actually practiced Continuous Quality Improvement continuously: we have sponsored over 200 regional User Meetings/Training Workshops across the USA, at which clients share their experiences with us and with other clients (and some prospects). Users make suggestions, which we actively solicit and often implement as upgrades to the system. We were first in our niche to provide fully integrated graphics, and provide integrated statistical analyses, including control charts. Our Customer Support Program is unequaled in the industry: in addition to the company-sponsored User Meetings, we provide unlimited toll-free telephone support, free system updates, and a Mentor Program, under which expert users earn Mentor Credit (applicable towards the purchase of additional user licenses, interfaces, and other software enhancements) in return for assisting other users, and sharing modules they have developed with other users.
